Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies.
  • Prepare occupancy reports and financial summaries for the general manager.
  • Engage with hotel guests in person and via phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed satisfactorily and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Oversee front desk operations to guarantee guests have a memorable stay.
  • Handle the recruitment, training, and supervision of all front office personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding guest service and adhere to hotel policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector is essential for this role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office management, front desk, or similar role within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and proficiency in MS Office is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
