The Customer Service Retail Specialist is tasked with ensuring a positive customer interaction by employing advisory skills to foresee customer requirements and deliver solutions.
As a vital member of our customer support team, you will possess knowledge in various domains including printing, signage & graphics, and shipping services.
Your responsibilities will encompass taking orders, coordinating store operations, providing pricing and product details, and suggesting suitable FedEx Office offerings.
Moreover, you will operate and maintain equipment, manage intricate projects, and ensure the retail space is tidy and well-organized.

- Assist in the training of store personnel
Customer Service:
- Exhibit consultative behaviors to comprehend customer needs
- Provide expertise in printing, signage & graphics, and shipping services
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Operate equipment and prepare items for dispatch

- Accurately process financial transactions
- Maintain retail equipment and supplies

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- Excellent communication abilities
Essential Functions:

- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Maintain established business hours
