The Public Works Department is on the lookout for a skilled individual to fill the role of Print and Mailing Operations Supervisor within the Print and Mail Services Division. This division is dedicated to providing essential support services to various County departments, encompassing graphic design, printing, binding, mailing, and inter-office courier services. The Print and Mail Services facility is equipped with advanced graphic design tools, offset and digital printing presses, finishing equipment, and mailing systems, serving as the central hub for our operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

License: A valid California motor vehicle operator's license is required.

Education: A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency is necessary.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of full-time supervisory experience in a large print or major mail processing and distribution center, with comprehensive responsibility for daily operations.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the public sector is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in a high-volume print and mail environment.
  • Experience managing production in a busy print and mail facility.
  • Familiarity with operating print and mailing equipment.
Selection Process:
