We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Guest Services Supervisor with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to guarantee that each visitor at The Concord Plaza Hotel enjoys a remarkable experience.

Your role will involve overseeing the front desk operations, serving as the initial point of contact for guests, and nurturing team members to exceed our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies.
- Prepare occupancy reports and financial data for the general manager.

- Interact with hotel guests in person and via phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed satisfactorily and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Oversee front desk operations to ensure guests have a memorable stay.

- Handle the recruitment, training, and supervision of all front office personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding guest service and adhere to hotel policies.


Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality is required for this role.

- At least 2 years of experience in a front office manager, front desk, or similar role within the hospitality sector or a related field.

- Proficiency in bookkeeping and familiarity with MS Office is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.

Compensation:
$20 - $23 hourly
