Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies
  • Prepare occupancy reports and financial summaries for management
  • Engage with hotel guests in person and via phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and resolving any issues that arise
  • Supervise front desk operations to guarantee guests have a memorable stay
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of all front office personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding guest service and adhere to hotel policies

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional management, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant hospitality experience is essential
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office management role or similar position within the hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and proficiency in MS Office is advantageous
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required
