Your role will involve leading the front desk team, serving as the primary point of contact for guests, and nurturing staff members to exceed our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for working with people.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies
- Prepare occupancy reports and financial summaries for management
- Engage with hotel guests in person and via phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and resolving any issues that arise
- Supervise front desk operations to guarantee guests have a memorable stay
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of all front office personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding guest service and adhere to hotel policies
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional management, communication, and multitasking abilities
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant hospitality experience is essential
- At least 2 years of experience in a front office management role or similar position within the hospitality sector
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and proficiency in MS Office is advantageous
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required
