We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Concord Plaza Hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations at the front desk, serving as the primary point of contact for our guests. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing staff members to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies.
- Prepare occupancy reports and financial summaries for management.
- Interact with guests both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

- Lead front desk operations to guarantee a memorable experience for all guests.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of front office personnel, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to hotel policies.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality role is required.
- At least two years of experience in a front office management or similar capacity within the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and familiarity with MS Office applications is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is mandatory.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $23.
