The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parking services team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our parking staff, ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate parking staff to ensure all parking areas are safe, clean, and orderly.
  • Direct and supervise parking staff and other employees performing parking services as directed by the Parking Manager.
  • Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and assisting guests, responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Lead and train staff to ensure they are well-informed on event-specific details.
  • Assist with managing breaks and ensuring compliance with all parking department and venue policies and procedures.
  • Participate in our sustainability program by implementing initiatives to conserve resources and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members to close the venue at the end of events.
  • Oversee productivity and work assignments of the parking staff and communicate with the Parking Manager any challenges or status of assignments.
  • Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.
  • Role model and enforce safety, health, parking, and security priorities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in guest service and/or a similar role.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is $19.60 USD - $24.50 Hourly.
