Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional to become a key member of Capital Engineering's strategic Portfolio Operations team, focusing on enhancing commercial and strategic initiatives among the technology firms within our portfolio and our extensive network of industry-leading organizations.
The Portfolio Operations team is dedicated to Capital Engineering's goal of being the preferred partner for top tech founders and enterprises by expanding and collaborating with our distinctive ecosystem of family office clients, portfolio companies, Limited Partners, and broader connections, thereby delivering value to our portfolio partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the growth and mapping of Capital Engineering's network of senior leadership connections by utilizing various data sources such as PitchBook, LinkedIn, and internal databases to conduct market analysis and primary research.
Assist in making relevant commercial or strategic introductions among portfolio companies, network contacts, and potential clients.
Contribute to platform management by ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices to support scalability.
Compile insights gathered from networking efforts to inform portfolio companies about trends and strategic priorities in key customer sectors.
Develop and maintain presentations and marketing materials to update team members on network activities, success stories, and value creation, as well as for internal reporting and training.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS, consulting, or venture capital environment.
A bachelor's degree with a strong academic foundation and a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficient in utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
Exhibit strong integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically to lead diverse stakeholders and drive execution.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills and a proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range:
Capital Engineering is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, along with other compensation such as discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and additional perks.
Several factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs.
At Capital Engineering, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are considered in determining compensation terms.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000-$120,000, accompanied by a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
