Business Development Manager

This position is responsible for driving account growth through the expansion of existing products and services, as well as the introduction of new offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Federal/DOD marketplace and a comprehensive understanding of the complex procurement process and purchasing cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Federal/DOD sector
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize the value delivered by NIB's products and services
- Maintain a deep understanding of the DOD and select Federal agencies' procurement processes and purchasing cycles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and pipeline performance
- 5+ years of direct Federal/DOD sales experience
- Proven track record of success in the Federal/DOD marketplace
- Comprehensive understanding of the complex procurement process and purchasing cycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
