Job Summary:

The Budd Group is a leading facilities services company seeking a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Business Development Manager to help drive our next level of growth in Northern VA. This individual will be responsible for marketing and selling our janitorial services to new customers, focusing on commercial businesses, industrial, public and private education, and higher education organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell facilities management services to commercial businesses and organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas

Requirements:
  • Proven successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Proven sales record that has met or exceeded annual quotas
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in service industry sales
  • Proven prospecting, networking, and marketing skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test
