Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Gladus LLC. As a Territory Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for prospective and existing customers across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and attract new clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle for prospective and existing customers
  • Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of route/outside sales experience in the B2B environment
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Negotiating and closing skills

Schedule:

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
