Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Bonaventure Shared Services, LLC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings, product demos, and surveys with qualified leads to drive business growth.
  • Pipeline Development: Foster a culture of continuous engagement and follow-up to ensure timely conversion of leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts with overall sales objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates to inform sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
