Physical Requirements:

This role may involve occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of items weighing up to 50 pounds. It also requires prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive motions.

Shift:

Monday through Friday – minimum of 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required.

Job Summary:

The Markey Cancer Center is seeking a Staff Support Associate II to facilitate the procurement of laboratory supplies for over 40 faculty and staff members, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate travel arrangements, and process travel reimbursements. This position is also tasked with ensuring adherence to current compliance standards within the department, college, and university. You will act as the primary liaison with various service providers, including PPD, mailroom, duplicating services, office supply vendors, and IT services. Continuous professional development is encouraged, with opportunities to enhance skills through educational programs, training sessions, and seminars. You will play a vital role in identifying and implementing improvements within the unit.

This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
