Job Summary
UK Health Connections is seeking a Staff Support Associate to provide consumers and patient's 24/7 access to UK HealthCare.

Responsibilities include responding quickly to all caller and web requests, providing physician information for referrals and forwarding calls to appropriate clinics and departments.

This position will also accurately collect and enter all data into database with 100% accuracy, answer email from medical website and respond to all UK HealthCare web requests, as well as answer rollover calls.

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, as well as decision-making and communication skills.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will have an excellent medical terminology background; will be well-organized and have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); will enjoy working closely with co-workers in a supportive team environment and have outstanding computer skills; and have above-average customer service skills.
