Job Summary:The Markey Cancer Center is seeking a Staff Support Associate II to facilitate the procurement of laboratory supplies for over 40 faculty and staff members, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate travel arrangements, and process travel reimbursements. This role also involves ensuring adherence to current standards within the department, College, and University. You will act as the primary contact for various services including PPD, mail room, duplicating services, office supply vendors, and IT/Information services. This position is expected to engage in professional development by enhancing knowledge and skills through educational programs, training sessions, and seminars. You will play a key role in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the unit.
This position will have a fully on-site work arrangement.
