Member Contact Specialist

Position Overview:

The Member Contact Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to members, staff, and external partners through incoming calls to the Credit Union.

Compensation: $19.50/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to members contacting the credit union.

• Achieve established targets for call volume.

• Conduct necessary identification verification for current members.

• Determine suitable solutions for inquiries and issues.

• Efficiently direct callers to the appropriate departments for further assistance.

• Accurately update member contact details as required.

• Process transactions and maintain member accounts and loans as necessary.

• Recognize opportunities to promote credit union products and services that may benefit members.

• Handle after-hours escalation calls and messages with promptness and efficiency.

• Assist with the collection and distribution of daily correspondence for the credit union.

Desired Qualifications:
  • At least six months of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
