The Route Service Representative is a key member of our team at WKS Restaurant Group, responsible for delivering product, loading and unloading orders, accepting payments, tracking orders, interacting with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload orders from the truck, ensuring accurate and secure delivery.
  • Accept payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Track orders and communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
  • Interact with vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and professional driving record, adhering to all state and local driving regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the success of the organization by taking ownership of new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Must have a food handlers' permit and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Skills and Qualifications:

Customer service skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
