Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and their expectations are met.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Agency Team Members
    • Work closely with other agency team members to coordinate customer interactions and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
