Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, between 6am and 7pm
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
