Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Northwest Medical Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through efficient dispatch and shuttle services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch Shuttle Services: Coordinate and manage the movement of shuttles to ensure timely and efficient transportation of customers between the parking facility and airport terminals.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer accurate information, assistance, and support to customers at entry and exit lanes, as well as via phone and mobile devices.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Ensure the dispatch area is tidy and well-organized, and perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Company Information: Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and services, including the TPS Spot Club Program.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school education or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and the ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, cashier, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate Apple technology products, including iPhone and iPad tablets, and basic math and computer skills.
