Position Overview:

The role involves serving as a vital team member to assist clients, colleagues, and external parties with incoming calls directed to the Credit Union.

Compensation: $19.50/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to members contacting the credit union.

• Achieve established call volume targets.

• Conduct necessary identification verification for current members.

• Determine suitable solutions for inquiries and issues.

• Efficiently refer callers to the relevant departments for further assistance as required.

• Accurately update member address and contact details as instructed.

• Execute precise transactions and maintain member accounts and loans as necessary.

• Recognize opportunities to promote credit union products and services that may benefit members.

• Promptly address and resolve after-hours escalation calls and messages.

• Assist with the collection and distribution of daily correspondence for the credit union.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least six months of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
