Position Overview
To facilitate Curana Health's growth, we are in search of a motivated and personable individual to enhance our presence in key markets by nurturing existing partnerships and uncovering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Curana Health's care models and their benefits to senior housing communities and residents.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective partners in your designated market, identifying how Curana Health can assist their organizations.
- Maintain regular communication with partners through site visits, emails, and calls.
- Efficiently track and manage relationships in the pipeline using company tools (e.g., CRM).
- Organize and participate in pitch meetings with potential partners and Business Development leadership.
- Attend sales meetings with cross-functional teams to provide market updates and strategize growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in the senior living sector, with knowledge of operations in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, life plan communities, or similar fields.
- Established relationships with senior housing operators in the assigned territory.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales.
- Willingness to travel to partner communities (approximately 25% overnight travel).
