Key Responsibilities
  • Manage essential accounts, serving as a trusted consultant who facilitates problem-solving discussions and aligns our extensive array of solutions.
  • Illustrate Epsilon's value by developing creative solutions that fulfill client requirements and align with our business aspirations.
  • Lead significant client meetings, promoting collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant Publicis Group teams.
  • Establish trustworthy, productive relationships with key stakeholders across various products, analytics, and platforms, enhancing value for our clients.
  • Direct the formulation of cross-functional objectives (data, technology, and media) that resonate with the company's vision and values.
  • Regularly monitor progress towards sales targets.
  • Champion the creation of vital value propositions for clients, ensuring that product solutions are in sync with their business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and product teams.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Directors and Senior Directors.
  • Inspire the team by setting clear expectations, outlining career development paths, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high performance standards.

  • Partner with other leaders to address business challenges, pinpoint growth opportunities, and improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts.
  • 6-8 years of experience in developing, nurturing, and overseeing client relationships, with a successful track record of driving revenue growth.
  • 2-3 years of direct team leadership experience, showcasing strong leadership and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to connect technology with tangible business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and fostering the growth of others.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in programmatic or ad tech sales.
  • Industry knowledge in relevant sectors (retail, dining, finance, healthcare, automotive, technology).
