About the Role:


The Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is an integral member of the UPshow Customer Success team, overseeing our SMB clientele while also supporting our larger enterprise customers.


The primary goals of this position include:
(1) promoting platform adoption among our customer base; (2) coordinating and executing all facets of Managed Services for clients; (3) collaborating strategically with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements; and (4) ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for new clients. CESs deliver a mix of strategic advice, creativity, innovation, meticulousness, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement client content strategies by managing all aspects of the UPshow software

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Directors to achieve success based on established account plans

Oversee regular updates of content, including promotional, social, and video materials

Manage content scheduling and adjust playlists to align with client expectations

Prepare and distribute performance reports on campaigns

Provide platform usage analytics as required

Engage in regular meetings with clients and follow through on action items related to the platform

Coordinate with internal and external partners to fulfill all tasks outlined in the Account Plan

Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations

Offer technical support and troubleshoot any software or hardware issues at client locations

Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Creative, Implementation, etc.) to meet client needs.

Effectively manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in customer success or sales

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.

Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including onboarding, regular check-ins, and quarterly business reviews

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive and able to navigate ambiguity effectively

Familiarity with Project Management methodologies

Adaptable self-starter willing to take initiative

Patient demeanor and strong communication skills

Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary
