Job Title: Office Services Specialist

ATHENA Consulting is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Services Specialist to support daily operations and provide assistance to attorneys and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate various office tasks, including mail, office supplies, and reception duties.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, process courier packages, and prepare for pick-up.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative support tasks, including copying, binding, and monitoring office supplies.
  • Provide coverage for reception, greeting visitors professionally, and directing them appropriately.
  • Support with special projects, such as mass mailings, attorney functions, and event setup.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of related office services experience.
  • Equipment maintenance and repair experience is helpful.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workloads.
  • Capability to lift heavy objects (minimum of 30 pounds) and move office equipment and furniture.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday through Friday, with some late nights and weekends required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
