  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.

  • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely patient care.
  • Assist with front office duties, scheduling, medical records, and phone management as needed.

  • Conduct data entry and maintain patient files.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient exam rooms and stock supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with practice staff and patients regularly.
  • Document and update patient records based on phone interactions.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Promote alternative payment plans when insurance coverage is not applicable.
  • Support the department's general administrative reporting duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • This is an entry-level position.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and quick learner, capable of working independently.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm or higher.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and multitasking effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Familiarity with eClinical and/or TIMS is advantageous.
  • Experience with ACT Pro is a plus.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
