Job Summary
We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the face of HUB, you'll provide a warm greeting to visitors and staff, offering support and guidance as needed. This role involves a mix of high-touch customer service, administrative support, and technical prowess.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the office
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Processing key cards, transponders, and fitness center paperwork for new hires
- Assisting with event coordination, lunches, and other on-site activities
- Ordering nameplates for new employees
- Assisting clients with identifying their servicer in the system
- Processing mail and adding currency to the postage machine
- Assisting with check processing
- Ordering office supplies, including coffee and tea
- Ensuring copy machines are working and coordinating repairs with vendors
- Validating parking for guests
- Coordinating janitorial services requests with the property manager
- Other general support responsibilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of general office experience
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills
