Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm greeting to all visitors and staff
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Process key cards, transponders, and fitness center paperwork for new hires
- Assist with the coordination of on-site employee events, lunches, etc.
- Order nameplates for new employees
- Assist clients with identifying their servicer in the system
- Process mail and add currency to postage machine
- Assist with processing checks
- Order office supplies, including coffee and tea
- Ensure copy machines are working and coordinate needed repairs with vendors
- Validate parking for guests
- Coordinate janitorial services requests with the property manager
- Perform other general support responsibilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of general office experience
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills
