About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team at Materialize Labs. As the first hire in this role, you'll have a significant impact on shaping our outbound sales strategy and driving our growth.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge software development firm that prides itself on crafting bespoke digital products. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive our mission and become a major player in the product development space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and lead qualification to identify high-value leads and qualify them.
  • Cold outreach mastery through targeted 1:1 emails and LinkedIn outreach to create high-quality relationships.
  • Sales appointment setting to book qualified meetings that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Process builder to help develop and refine a scalable outbound lead generation process.
  • Strong writing skills to craft personalized, targeted, and relevant messaging to prospects.
Ideal Candidate
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Dev Shop Sales, IT Staffing Sales, or a similar field.
  • Previous experience in product development is a major plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and enjoys building processes from scratch.
  • Ideal candidate is based in the Los Angeles region.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on quality interactions.
  • Fully remote with flexible hours.
  • Available for a full-time 1099 contract position.
