About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Territory Sales Lead Trainee to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Territory Sales Lead Trainee, you will play a critical role in driving sales and meeting retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Meet Expectations: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will be responsible for driving sales and meeting retailer and client expectations by effectively selling and educating customers and store personnel about product lines and other projects deemed necessary.
  • Project Completion and Store Communication: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will also be responsible for project completion, stocking and maintaining the areas we are responsible for, and store communication.
  • Build Rapport and Educate Customers: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management, and educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our clients' brands and product lines.
  • Maintain Accuracy and Quality: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate Successes and Barriers: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
  • Confidentiality and Knowledge: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality and have a detailed knowledge of all company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting and Physical Demands: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will be required to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs, in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs with assistance from another associate.
  • Work Environment: The work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking, and will entail fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility.
  • Experience and Qualifications: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will require experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products, be independent and self-motivated, and have a high school diploma or equivalency certification.
  • Travel and Transportation: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will be required to have a valid driver's license and maintain automobile liability insurance as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
  • Computer and Communication Skills: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will require computer, printing capability, internet access, and email.
  • Customer Service and Sales Experience: The Territory Sales Lead Trainee will require customer service or sales experience.
