About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director of Marketing and Growth to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth at Wasson Enterprise. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their growth and development
    • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team
  • Marketing Operations and Budget Management
    • Oversee marketing operations, including budget planning and management
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies
  • Brand Management and Communications
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
    • Develop and execute communications plans to engage with key audiences
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a business-to-consumer (B2C) or business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align marketing efforts with business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and marketing metrics, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance
