About the Role:

The Head of Business Sales (Central) is responsible for driving sales across the entire Logitech portfolio of products, software, and services to business customers for our Central Americas region. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team of direct engagement professionals and drive sales growth through strategic planning, coaching, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of direct engagement professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipelines to ensure accurate sales projections and drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Logitech's presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the technology industry, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Experience in managing a team of direct engagement professionals and developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the Logitech portfolio of products, software, and services, and the ability to communicate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities and requirements.
