Position Title: Talent Acquisition Support Specialist

Overview: The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the seamless execution of daily Talent Acquisition activities, from recruitment to onboarding. This position is integral in enhancing the overall candidate experience and ensuring effective collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline and manage the administrative functions of the Talent Acquisition department.
  • Organize and coordinate interview schedules, considering the dynamics of the organization and the priorities of all stakeholders.
  • Arrange necessary travel logistics and ensure timely communication regarding expenses.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee pre-employment screening processes and keep relevant parties informed throughout.
  • Maintain open and timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, both onsite and offsite.
  • Manage all aspects of new hire documentation, including compliance with HR procedures.
  • Support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
