If so, we have an exciting contract position available for you. We are looking for a Consulting Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team within the finance sector.
This position will allow you to demonstrate your expertise in benefits management, leave of absence processing, payroll administration, HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and conducting background checks.
You will be pivotal in ensuring our HR operations function seamlessly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Human Resources Coordinator, your duties will encompass a range of tasks including but not limited to:
- Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring all personnel comprehend their benefits and addressing any arising issues.
- Managing leave of absence requests, ensuring all submissions are processed promptly and in line with company policies and legal standards.
- Overseeing payroll operations, guaranteeing all employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
- Utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to manage employee information, generate reports, and assist with strategic HR decisions.
- Employing the ADP Workforce Now platform to enhance HR processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Conducting i9 verification for new hires, ensuring all employees are legally authorized to work.
- Performing background checks for prospective employees, upholding the integrity and reputation of our organization.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the finance sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration, leave of absence processes, payroll, HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and background checks.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with a talent for devising efficient solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- A high degree of integrity and discretion, with the capability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
