As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures within our manufacturing sector.

If so, we have an exciting contract opportunity for you. We are seeking a Consulting Human Resources Coordinator to join our vibrant team within the finance sector.

This position will allow you to demonstrate your expertise in benefits administration, leave of absence management, payroll processing, HRIS utilization, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and conducting background checks.

You will play a vital role in our organization, ensuring our HR operations function seamlessly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Human Resources Coordinator, your duties will encompass a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring all employees comprehend their benefits and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Overseeing leave of absence requests, ensuring all requests are processed promptly and in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Administering payroll, ensuring all employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
  • Utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to manage employee data, generate reports, and assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Leveraging the ADP Workforce Now platform to enhance HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting i9 verification for new hires, ensuring all employees are legally eligible to work.
  • Performing background checks for prospective employees, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our organization.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the finance sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits administration, leave of absence management, payroll processing, HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and background checks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a talent for finding efficient solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
