Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at Land O'Lakes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial services program, developing new financial services, and acting as a subject matter expert on our financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Services Program Management
    • Manage and profitably grow the financial services program P&L (pricing, forecasting, building the annual marketing plan, etc).
    • Oversee a portfolio of over $1 billion in annual loan commitments with over 5,000 growers across the United States.
  • New Financial Services Development
    • Develop and support the creation of new financial and other services within our business unit.
    • Work cross-functionally across the enterprise and with external partners to understand market opportunities and build offerings to meet unmet retailer and grower needs.
  • Subject Matter Expertise
    • Act as a subject matter expert on our financial services offerings with suppliers and internal staff.
    • Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in banking/financial services with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Skills
    • Proactive communication and exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills.
    • Trustworthy with a strong level of personal commitment.
    • Ability to make sound decisions and complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Ability to work independently and manage productivity.
    • Experience demonstrating agility and leading/adapting quickly to change.
    • Solid experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom); and CRM software (Salesforce).
