Job Overview

Associated Healthcare Credit Union is seeking a motivated full-time Financial Services Representative for their operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Process loan applications, conduct underwriting, and finalize loans as required.

2. Serve as a Financial Services Representative for new accounts and additional member needs.

3. Handle teller transactions, respond to phone inquiries, resolve issues, assist with complex transactions, and address sensitive member relations concerns while explaining policies and procedures.

4. Drive sales performance for the office, including making outbound sales calls.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High School Diploma; additional business or college coursework is advantageous.

2. Prior supervisory experience in the financial services sector.

3. Strong communication and project management abilities.

4. Professional appearance and conduct.

5. Commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.

6. Background in financial product sales and lending.
