About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team at Thrivent. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and live more generous lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a financial practice by providing personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their financial journeys and achieve financial clarity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and goals, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage your knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products to clients.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve and provide exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
