About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Consult with attorneys to develop and implement notice plans that meet due process and other applicable standards.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Kroll leadership to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute business development plans, including preparing and presenting proposals and contracts.
  • Liaise with marketing to develop thought leadership materials and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims and/or settlement administration, class action, legal, or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
