Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our Facilities Services team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the Facilities Services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and procurement teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in solution-based selling and strategic consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Facilities Services sector.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and procurement teams.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling, strategic consultative selling, and market and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
