About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in a specified region or major geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive results and meet or exceed sales performance expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and managed care organizations
  • Stay up-to-date on business analytics, customer data, and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Utilize data and insights to target high-value accounts and drive sales growth
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and product knowledge to customers
  • Manage territory effectively by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years of GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle and travel overnight as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history
