Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Patron Companies. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management, human resources, billing, scheduling, and customer services teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various teams, including management, human resources, billing, scheduling, and customer services.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, files, and records in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to confirm and update their information, and to request payment information.
  • Credential Review: Review and maintain driver's credentials, and report any updates to management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Fluently communicate in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Certifications: Pass a NETSTUDY2.0 state/federal background check.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of customer service or administrative experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Organizational Skills: Organized with the ability to communicate a plan clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer Service Skills: Honest desire to assist our customers and staff in a friendly, understanding, and helpful manner.
