YOUR ROLE IN MAKING A DIFFERENCE

The Care Navigator: Office Support position encompasses various administrative responsibilities. Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls
  • Coordinating appointment schedules
  • Processing copays and fees
  • Exhibiting flexibility to cover hours beyond standard shifts
  • Possessing the ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION
