  • Analyze and resolve intricate technology needs, suggesting solutions and creating process and standards plans.
  • Coordinate comprehensive process and standards solutions for internal stakeholders, continuously reviewing and updating standards to meet evolving business conditions.
  • Act as a senior authority for large multi-project programs, contributing to broad strategies and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Lead special projects related to process audits, compliance, and remediation, while mentoring other specialists.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe Agilist certification.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with project portfolio management tools, such as Planisware.
