Administrative Support Role

At New Horizon Counseling Center, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support across our organization. As the first point of contact for our Care Coordination Department and two ACT teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and direct visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Answer and screen phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance
* Manage workspace availability, conference room needs, and schedules
* Relay accurate messages and receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
* Monitor and maintain office supplies, completing ordering as needed
* Organize and maintain the reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on providing exceptional support
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly
* Professional appearance and solid communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
* Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
