Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, including memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in compiling and preparing regular reports.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system.
- Procure office supplies as needed.
- Arrange travel logistics for staff.
- Provide comprehensive support to visitors and guests.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills are preferred.
- Excellent command of grammar and spelling.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
