Company Overview:
A prominent global logistics firm is seeking dedicated Office Coordinators for a long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Documenting client accounts with relevant shipment and milestone details, including cargo pick-up and receipt, as well as any delays encountered.
  • Assigning tracking numbers to shipments that have been recorded and categorized.
  • Integrating warehouse data into customer files, including data entry of on-hand inventory and pick ticket numbers.
  • Conducting follow-up communications with clients via phone and email.

Qualifications:

  • Aspirants should be enthusiastic about pursuing an office role that offers the opportunity to learn about a new industry.
  • Proficient in computer operations and data entry.
  • Exhibits a proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to ask questions.
  • Demonstrates eagerness to acquire new knowledge.

Job Type: Contract, Full-time

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Overtime opportunities available

Experience:

  • Preferred: 2 years in Customer Service
