About the Job

Talent Leverage is seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the efficient execution of our strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Create and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and develop strategies to meet and exceed their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics and benchmarks to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous learning and development.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to pursue new markets, customers, and revenue streams.
