Job Title: Assistant Community Manager - Charlotte Market

Join NWR Inc as an Assistant Community Manager in our Charlotte Market location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the general administration and physical operation of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing: Greet prospects, qualify them, and record all prospect visits and initial contact. Demonstrate community and apartment/model features and benefits, assist with application processing, and ensure apartment readiness for residents.
  • Administrative: Maintain financial records, process payments, and prepare deposit reports. Review and analyze resident ledgers, ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, and process invoices.
  • Resident Retention: Interact with residents daily, respond to concerns, and assist with planning resident functions. Record service requests, answer questions, and follow up with residents after service request completion.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ years as an Assistant Community Manager or related experience
  • Certifications: Fair Housing certification within 30 days of hire
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, sales ability, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and community software.
