Community Support Specialist at Community Association ManagementGeneral Purpose:

As a Community Support Specialist at Community Association Management, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to residents within our managed communities. Acting as the primary liaison, you will leverage your understanding of our offerings, services, and guidelines to provide timely and respectful assistance through various communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address resident inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve resident concerns by analyzing account details, generating service requests, and offering guidance on a range of homeowner questions.
  • Record resident interactions and assist with technical support inquiries.
  • Advise residents on payment options and facilitate internal closing procedures.
  • Create support tickets for follow-up on resident inquiries.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in an office customer service role.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in property management, homeowner associations, legal, or real estate.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong active listening capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to handle challenging phone interactions and navigate multiple systems effectively.
  • Highly organized with proficient typing skills.
Experience/Training:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Demands:
  • Standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and comfortably wear a headset.
  • Work hours may vary between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Minimal safety risks in a typical office setting.
